Business Support Officer

The Business Support Officer reports to the executives at Greenvale Mining Ltd (GRV) and provides operational and administrative support to the wider Greenvale Mining Team.

As the Business Support Officer, you will support and enhance business performance by efficiently carrying out a diverse range of tasks.

Critical Experience
  • 3+ years experience as a Project Administrator or as a Business Support Officer in a professional environment.
  • Experience in booking travel and accommodation.
  • Experience managing payroll and accounts payable.
Critical Knowledge
  • Relevant post-secondary qualifications will be well regarded and/or extensive experience, knowledge and skills in providing executive support.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Proficiency in business and administrative processes.
Role Duties (may include):
  • Monitor and control telephone calls, emails, and diary management for the Executive Team.
  • Perform confidential word processing, spreadsheets and presentations.
  • Assist in the organisation of meetings for Executive Team and Project Managers.
  • Assist with payroll services.
  • Establishment and maintenance of confidential document and correspondence management systems.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of monthly reports.
  • Arranging travel (both domestic and international), meetings and catering for team members as required.
  • Maintain a well-equipped and functioning office environment.
