Mr Mark Turner

Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Turner is highly experienced executive and qualified engineer with over 25 years of experience in the energy sector and a proven track record of major project delivery in the oil & gas, water, power, renewables, and nuclear industries. Mr. Turner is a project management specialist who is ideally qualified to lead the development of the Alpha Torbanite Project as well as the Company’s significant emerging geothermal energy program.

His expertise encompasses all project phases (from concept, feasibility studies, Detail Design, Construction to completion) and includes approvals, safety, engineering, procurement, contracts, scope, scheduling, cost, quality, risk, reporting, construction and commissioning. Across his career, Mr. Turner has held senior management and executive positions with Jemena Ltd, Wood Group and WorleyParsons.

Mr Matthew Healy

General Manager

Mr Healy is a highly experienced geologist and Australian mining executive. He has a Master of Science with first-class honours (Geology) from the University of Auckland and over 15 years of experience working at senior levels within major mining companies and a number of ASX-listed explorers.

Prior to joining Greenvale, Mr Healy has held the position of Exploration Manager at Round Oak Minerals, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Washington H. Soul Pattinson & Co Ltd. As Exploration Manager, he was responsible for the management of a multidisciplinary team conducting exploration operations over a 104-tenement holding, covering an area of 3,200km2 across four Australian jurisdictions.

Mr Alan Boys

CFO & Company Secretary

Mr. Boys is an accountant with over 30-years of experience, initially in public practice, where his final role was partner with an international “Big 4” accounting firm.

Since 1998, Mr. Boys has worked in the exploration and mining industry as a director, company secretary and Chief Financial Officer. He was the Company Secretary and CFO of Pilbara Minerals Limited from October 2014-mid 2016, during Pilbara’s rapid evolution from junior explorer to emerging lithium producer.

Mr Kurt Laney

Joint Company Secretary

Mr Laney is an experienced Chartered Accountant specialising in the provision of accounting,
taxation, and corporate secretarial services. Mr Laney is an Associate Director of Vince Fayad
and Associates Pty Ltd, based in Sydney.

He is currently the joint Company Secretary and CFO of Polymetals Resources Limited and
Astro Resources NL. He has also previously provided accounting and taxation services to the
Company for a period of approximately four years.
